BEVERLY HILLS, March 20, (THEWILL) –Â President Buhari has congratulated Sen. Iyabo Anisulowo on her 70th birthday.
The President joined members of her family, friends and associates in celebrating her and the many years of service she rendered to the country, while helping to uplift others, particularly women.
The President in a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, said the “former Minister of State, Education, who also served as Commissioner of Ogun State Civil Service Commission and Commissioner for Agriculture, Rural Development and Water Resources, rising politically through courage and hard work to contest governorship elections in her state.”
As Sen. Anisulowo turns a septuagenarian, President Buhari extols her visionary leadership style, large-heartedness and personal sacrifices in caring for many people, as she continuously provided opportunities and inspired females to realize their potentials in education and skills acquisition.
The President prays that the almighty God will grant the former Minister longer life and good health to continue serving humanity.
