September 22, (THEWILL) – President Muhammadu Buhari has commiserated with renowned musician, King Sunny Ade, over the passing of his wife, Risikat Ajoke Adegeye.
Risikat Adegeye, who was a member of the 6th Lagos State House of Assembly, died on Tuesday after a brief illness.
Reacting to her death, the President in a statement issued on Wednesday by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, expressed his condolences with the Lagos State Government, House of Assembly, Ajoke’s friends and political associates.
Buhari prayed that the Almighty God would comfort her husband, family and loved ones, while granting her soul eternal rest.
