September 08, (THEWILL) – Mercy Eke, one of the housemates in the All-Stars edition of the Big Brother Naija reality show, has received a strike for microphone infringement.
Mercy was given a strike on Thursday, for repeatedly violating the house rules concerning microphone usage, despite being warned about the punishments.
After violating the rule, Biggie warned Mercy that she now faces the risk of disqualification from the house, as two more strikes would automatically lead to her removal from the show.
“You have been found guilty of breaking the house rule on microphone usage and whispering, and hereby issued a strike
“Two more strikes and you will be immediately disqualified from the Big Brother’s house.”
Mercy’s strike came after Biggie punished Neo and Pere for violating the house’s communication rule.
Several other housemates on the reality show have also received strikes.
Ilebaye received two strikes for physical violence, having laid her hands on Cee-C and Doyin.
Ike also received one strike for provocation.
Soma was also given a strike for harassing Angel and flipping his finger at the camera.
