August 12, (THEWILL) – Francis Princess, the first Big Brother Naija All-Stars housemate to be evicted from the show, has revealed that she was made a scapegoat by members of the jury comprising Bisola Aiyeola, Mike Edwards and Dorathy Bachor.
During Sunday’s live eviction show anchored by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Princess was evicted among the three lowest-ranking housemates.
Though Seyi Awolowo had the lowest votes in last week’s eviction poll, which automatically makes him the lowest-ranking housemate, the jury decided to leave him on the show and chose Princess instead.
Speaking in a recent interview with Hero Daniels, Princess claimed that the trio unanimously chose to evict her on a familiarity basis and chose to use her as a scapegoat.
“I became the scapegoat of another experiment; the jury. It really does make me wonder. It wasn’t based on fact. It was definitely based on familiarity. A lucky dip,” she said.
