Abducted Kaduna Judge Regains Freedom

July 04, (THEWILL) – A Judge of the Upper Customary Court, Sabon Tasha Division in Kaduna State, Janet Galadima, who was abducted on June 23, 2024, alongside her four children, has regained freedom.

The kidnappers are, however, holding on to her children, demanding N150 million ransom within three days.

The Judge’s husband, Dr. Musa Gimba, confirmed the development to newsmen on Thursday.

However, the Spokesperson of the State Police Command, ASP Mansir Hassan, said the Abductors killed Victor, the 14-year-old eldest son of the Judge.

ASP Hassan said operatives found Victor’s corpse at Ungwan Bayero, Duste village near the toll gate along the Kaduna-Abuja Expressway on Tuesday, July 2, 2024.
