June 24, (THEWILL) – The member representing Onuimo State Constituency in the Imo State House of Assembly, Hon. James Esile, has said there is synergy among members of the 10th Imo House of Assembly.
The lawmaker, who disclosed this when the leadership of Mbano Media Practitioners paid him a courtesy visit in his office on Friday, said the Assembly, under the leadership of the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Chike Olemgbe, has continued to thrive.
Speaking on his achievements so far, Esile said he has touched lives positively through his non-governmental organisation, Fresh Air Movement, noting that he paid the school fees of children from poor families, empowered youths, footed hospital bills of the financially distressed and engaged in human-capacity development programmes.

“We are doing our best to make our people happy. My purpose of being here as a lawmaker is to give my people effective representation in the Assembly,” he said.
Earlier in his speech, the leader of the group, Kelechi Uzoma, said they were on a familiarisation visit to the lawmaker’s office and to commend him on his laudable achievements since he assumed duty.
“We are here to let you know that this association has been in existence for years and the essence of its creation is to project the two local government areas and Okigwe zone in general,” he said.
