December 09, (THEWILL) – National leader of the third phase, Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Comrade Tonye Bobo, a.k.a Sir T, has commended the National Security Adviser, Maj-Gen Mohamadu Babagana Munguno (rtd), for the successful inauguration of the Interim Administration of PAP, Maj-Gen B.T. Ndiomu (rtd), as the chairman of an 11-man special investigation panel on oil theft.

In a press statement, made available to media and signed by its leader, Comrade Tonye Bobo, expressed profound joy over the appointment and that it was well deserved, due to his antecedents, track records of service and was able to streamline the activities of PAP and getting rid of the monstrous payroll fraud that has characterised the programme.

Bobo further noted that without fear of any contradiction, Ndiomu has done the right thing to ensure it was not business as usual, by trying to reposition the amnesty office to a core mandate of reintegration of the ex-agitators.

According to him, Ndiomu, as a brilliant ex-general, astute Administrator, lawyer, has brought his wealth of experience and was to take the bull by the horns in blocking the corruption practices in the amnesty office.

In the same vein, Comrade Tonye Bobo, who doubles as the Director of Mobilisation of the PAP Strategic Communication Committee and leader of the Verification Team of the delisted delegates, which comprises Bayelsa, Delta, Edo and Ondo states, said the exercise was a huge success and the results are there for all to see and delegates are now getting the sense of belonging and are being carried along in the scheme of things in the programme.

The 3rd phase leader said Ndiomu means well for the region, and the entire people of the Niger Delta cannot do anything otherwise to pull back the hands of the clock, therefore, called on ex-agitators, critical stakeholders, traditional rulers and all and sundry to give him the maximum and necessary support for him to succeed.
