Ooni Of Ife To Hold Thanksgiving Service, Reception For Wife

May 16, (THEWILL) – Ife palace will soon be agog once again as his Royal Majesty, the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, will officially welcome one of his wives, Olori Opeoluwa Elizabeth Akinmuda, into his Royal harem.

The wedding took place in September 2022 in Magodo, Lagos State. Akinmuda is the second woman the Ooni of Ife married in quick succession in 2022.

The Ooni is so elated about his new Olori and has already sent out a well-crafted invitation to the grand ceremony.

The Thanksgiving service and reception of his Queen is scheduled to hold on Saturday, May 20, 2023.

The event will be preceded by the traditional entry of the Queen into the ancient Ife Oodua Palace on Thursday.
