BEVERLY HILLS, August 17, (THEWILL) – Nigeria Monday recorded 417 confirmed new cases of the coronavirus to bring the tally to 49, 485 with 36, 834 recoveries and two new deaths to take that total to 977.
According to data released by the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, Lagos, the epicenter of the pandemic reported 207 new cases while Kaduna posted 44. See below for a full breakdown.
The NCDC says it has tested 352, 625 samples as at August 16, 2020.
